Dale is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada who is working towards his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation. When joining McNally Valuations in March 2007, Dale was already enrolled in the University of British Columbia accelerated AACI training program and was on schedule to have all his 18 AACI educational requirements completed by spring of 2008. While working towards his AACI designation, Dale will also be a student of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators as he works towards his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

In addition to his commercial property appraisal training and two university degrees, Dale has 20 years of combined work experience in Engineering, Project Management, and Technical Sales Support involving multi-year communications contracts ranging from $500,000 to $50 million.
