Dirk Hiel’s background is in finance, marketing and general management.

He is the new president of McNally Valuations, which was founded by Bob McNally in 2002. It is Dirk’s intention to expand McNally’s business activities throughout Alberta.

Dirk has lived in Alberta since 1977. He has found Edmonton to be a excellent base for businesses interested in solid growth. Since 1995, Dirk has been involved in a government project and the financing of promising Alberta companies. From 1982 to 1995, he was a partner in a communications and marketing company. Before that, Dirk managed the Western Canadian operations of a national automotive parts distributor (Vancouver, Edmonton and Winnipeg).

Dirk has been active in the community. He assists seniors and the disabled with their daily struggles such as shopping and medical appointments. He helps out with ‘Kids with Cancer’. He was an Uncle at Large for nine years.
