Matt is a Candidate Member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada who is working towards his Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation. Prior to joining McNally Valuations in January 2008 Matt had completed all of his educational and applied experience requirements for the AACI designation. Matt only has the oral examination left to complete in pursuit of the AACI designation. While working towards his AACI designation, Matt will also be a student of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators as he works towards his Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.

Matt has been in the real estate appraisal industry since 2000. His experience includes the valuation of multi-family, industrial, commercial, and residential properties. He has also been involved with consulting on the replacement cost of multi-family buildings for insurance purposes.

In his spare time, Matt is a dedicated soccer dad and has served as treasurer for a daycare board.
