Some of the recent litigation support we have completed include:

• Preparation of a report quantifying the losses sustained by the family members as a result of a fatal motor vehicle accident including our review of all information and data concerning the loss of available surplus, dependency, and household services.
• Preparation of a report providing an estimate of the total owed to the plaintiff by the defendant, including interest, for purposes of arriving at a settlement.
• Preparation of a report quantifying a loss of earning capacity, cost of future care and loss of household services capacity resulting from inability to continue in a business because of an accident. Attendance at Court of Queen's Bench of Alberta and qualified as an expert chartered accountant and chartered business valuator with an expertise in quantifying the loss of earning capacity, cost of future care and loss of household services capacity.
• Preparation of a report rebutting another expert's report quantifying a loss of earning capacity, loss of investment, cost of future care and loss of household services.
• The valuation of two Edmonton full service luxury class hotels for the purpose of establishingthe appropriate market value for property tax assessment by applying the legislated mass appraisal definition of market value.
• Assist plaintiff's counsel in the assessment and quantification of economic loss in a claim for damages arising from the actions of a government owned corporation against the plaintiff corporation. Our services included identifying relevant documents for the plaintiff's formal disclosure of documents, our review of these documents, an assessment of the areas of economic loss and a preliminary quantification of economic loss for the purpose of moving forward with the law suit.
